irememberChineseNewYear…Do You?

Chinese New Year has always been my favourite season – it gives me a valid excuse to have a longer holiday, shop for brand new clothes, shoes, and best of all, to stuff myself full with all sorts of sinful New Year snacks and confectionaries! What’s not to love about it?

What is your favourite memory of Chinese New Year? Whether it’s visiting family and friends, having reunion dinner with family members, overindulging in New Year goodies or visiting the Chinatown’s New Year bazaar, share your memories of this festive season with us!

This Chinese New Year, we are giving away four exclusively-designed hongbaos from the Singapore Memory Project (SMP) at all public libraries. Simply follow the  steps below:

Step 1: Share your memories on our memory postcard

Step 2: Present the memory postcard to our staff to redeem one pack of hongbaos*

One memory postcard entitles you to one pack of hongbaos. That’s not all! 48 lucky coupons have been randomly slotted into these hongbaos. Each lucky coupon entitles you to $50 worth of shopping vouchers**!

How do I contribute if I am living overseas? Is there an “online” version of the “memory postcard”?
